My purpose is to help you get better at moving and learn how to take care of your physical self so that you can enjoy, compete and partake in whatever activity feeds your soul.

I love playing basketball but my hoop dreams were derailed early due to injuries.

At 16 I had my first (of too many) shoulder dislocations. While unaware that I was not receiving the correct medical guidance, I ended up falling into a vicious circle of dislocations which then lead to an ill advised shoulder surgery.

This taught me that I had to take ownership and educate myself on exactly how I should be taking care of my body. My purpose is to help others do the same.

Where do you fit in?

I love music and liken fitness and wellbeing to music. Things work best when they flow, when there is a rhythm. There is a flow to your day, there is a flow to your life and when that flow is in tune everything works and feels better.  There are many songs and types of music, you just need to find what speaks to you. A great playlist makes a world of difference.
