I SPECIALIZE IN

performance enhancement, corrective exercise, and mobility training.

Working as a Center Director for the Boys & Girls Club sparked the beginning of my fitness career. I wanted to give our kids a more formal and structured form of exercise and it turned out to be a hit.

My time at the BGC not only showed me that I was pretty good at teaching people about fitness but I also learned that I enjoyed creating fitness programs.

Once I became officially certified as a personal trainer, I started working with law school graduate students and faculty. This taught me a lot about how a demanding schedule, priorities and lack of proper rest can wreak havoc on workout goals.

I’ve obtained several personal training certifications, and even after completing my degree in kinesiology and exercise science, being a lifetime learner is an important part of my philosophy.

I've worked with a wide range of clients that range from busy professionals to professional athletes and those who aspire to be pros, to average joes looking to recover from injuries. I provide fitness solutions for not only individuals, but for facilities and organizations.

I've found that the people who gravitate toward me tend to have a lot of the same characteristics -they all understand that health and fitness is a journey and it takes work, they all want to get better, and they’re all willing to invest in themselves.
