Our plan begins with discussing what you evison and determining exactly how we should reach those goals. Then we establish a baseline through an assessment battery and personal intake inventory (medical history, work and lifestyle demands, outlook overviews). Once we've established a clear view of what you want to accomplish and exactly where we're starting from we formulate our plan; set with goal markers, tracking metrics and routine discussions about the process.
